The staff was amazing, enjoyable breakfast, quiet location, comfortable and clean room, convenient location near train station.

Not one thing.

Stylish design, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, large windows, and AC. Clean bathrooms with great showers. Convenient lockers for early check-in or late check-out. Friendly multilingual staff. Free car parking and fast wifi. Great common spaces to meet others. Fulfilling the need for a luxurious 4-star hotel with a fun and open atmosphere. More hotels like this needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The location, although not in the nicest area of the city, was well-suited for sightseeing purposes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and equipped with big smart TVs. I also appreciated the fact that I was upgraded to a king-size bed for free, and the breakfast offered many options at more reasonable prices, with the added bonus of being included.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The design is beautiful and stylish, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower. I loved that they had air conditioning and a big flat TV with Netflix available. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a metro station and close to the city center. The staff were amazing, especially Alejandra and Yam, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and gave great recommendations. it felt like a home away from home.

During our recent stay at Moxy, we found the location to be perfect for accessing all the major sights in Berlin. The hotel was also conveniently close to the U and S-bahn station, making it easy to explore the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and functionality of our room, providing a comfortable stay. Despite a couple of minor issues, such as the lack of towel replacement and the bathroom having a slight smell, these did not greatly disrupt our experience. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the manager and some of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. we would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and attentive staff.
